Seven of Melbourne’s most in-demand ceramicists come together for massive three-day-ceramics sale to coincide with Mother’s Day. The Three Day Clay store will be popping up on Smith Street Collingwood and will feature the likes of Tantri Mustika, Asobimasu Clay, Made by Bowie, Benna Co, Hannah Simpkin, Kibi Ceramics and Rara Studio. Such a killer line-up!
Pieces from the treasure trove of ceramic wares range from tablewares to delicate jewellery, art and spectacular home, and garden decor, all created by hand using a variety of considered techniques.
‘The ceramic community is a friendly and inclusive place… we wanted to create a space where the public can see and feel that too,’ explains Kate Brouwer of Asobimasu Clay, ‘bring your mum, your dog, and a coffee, and take away a piece of something special!’
