How often does The Design Files magazine publish? 

The Design Files magazine publishes bi-annually, in October and April.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! We ship to New Zealand, the USA and Canada.

Unfortunately due to high shipping costs we do not ship elsewhere in the world, yet!

How much is shipping?

Shipping one magazine anywhere within Australia costs $10.

Australia:
1 magazine, $10.00
2 – 5 magazines, $17.25

New Zealand:
1 magazine, $25.75

USA / Canada:
1 magazine, $41.15
2 magazines, $54.15

What are the cut-off times for subscriptions? 

If you subscribe before September 20, you’ll receive our inaugural issue — ISSUE 01! Any subscriptions bought after that date will commence with our next issue, coming out in April 2025.

I’ve subscribed! When will I receive my copy?

Thanks for subscribing! Your copy of  ISSUE 01 will be shipped on October 4.

Anyone who has subscribed or pre-ordered a copy of the magazine before September 20 will receive their magazine between October 7 – October 12.

If you live in New Zealand, the USA, or Canada we cannot confirm when your magazine will arrive, however you will receive a tracking code via email.

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

We are working on this! We hope to have gift subscriptions available very soon.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can change your delivery address in your account.

Click ‘account’ next to the shopping cart icon (top right of our website) and login.

Do subscriptions automatically renew?

Yes! Your subscription will automatically renew so you don’t need to worry about missing an issue.

Please be advised, successfully processed renewals are non-refundable. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please do so before your renewal date.

Can I cancel my subscription? 

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Make sure you check your renewal date to ensure your payment isn’t processed before the next issue is released.

To cancel, login to your account, then follow the prompts to cancel subscription.
