The Design Files is Australia’s most popular digital design publication, edited by Lucy Feagins. The site started as a simple blog in early 2008, back when Lucy was working a a set dresser in the film industry and an interiors stylist.

We regularly publish completed residential architecture, interiors, and gardens projects from Australia and New Zealand. Email email@example.com with a project description and the professional photography, and we’ll get back to you if we’re keen to publish! Priority is given to content that has not yet been published.

The Design Files’ original content and photos are copyright protected. Please email us before reposting our content on other publications, websites, or Instagram. You may share our images on Pinterest using the credit ‘via thedesignfiles.net’ and including a photographer credit if available.
Generating original photography for this website is a really huge investment,and for this reason we are quite careful about where our imagery ends up! We often allow independent creatives and small business owners to use our photographs on their personal websites, but this is assessed on a case by case basis.
