After 20 years in their Church Street location, Space Furniture‘s Melbourne showroom is getting a major overhaul.

While the space is being renovated, you’ll find the retailer’s shiny new pop-up space at 132a Bridge Road, Richmond.

Although technically a temporary store, Space have designed this 750 square metre pop-up with the same attention to detail as a permanent showroom. A prominent blue awning wraps around the bottom half of the historic red brick, two-storey Federation building. The interiors are a vibrant destination spanning two levels, with natural light streaming in the building’s arched upper windows. Among designers currently on show are B&B Italia, Maxalto, Cassina, Edra and Moooi.

This pop-up store will be open summer until Space’s showroom renovations are complete in 2020. It’s business as usual on their online store and in the brand’s Sydney and Brisbane locations.
