There isn’t a lamp more prevalent on The Design Files than an Akari lamp.

Every second home we feature has one, and for good reason. Designed by Isamu Noguchi in 1951, these delicate paper ‘light sculptures’ are a timeless addition to any space, plus they emit the perfect soft glow.

That’s why we’re giving away an Akari 1A table lamp to one lucky reader!
