Gosh two giveaways in one week! Crazy town.
Melbourne bedlinen brand AURA by Tracie Ellis has long been a supporter of TDF, and we're always interested to see what they come up with each season. (You might recall seeing their beautiful bedlinen at our first ever Open House in 2011... I loved those zig zag pillowcases!). Though she's probably best known for her linen designs, in recent years Tracie has expanded her collection to include tablecloths, napery and even aprons... and this winter she takes things a step further with a brand new range of rugs.
AURA's rugs are inspired by Tracie's regular trips to Jaipur, India. The new collection includes Tahla, an oversized graphic design inspired by Moorish shapes, and woven in shades of indigo, charcoal and deep red. At the opposite end of the spectrum is Gatsby, a bold diagonal stripe in shades of ocean, vibrant green and scarlet. The entire range is hand woven in India from 80% wool and 20% cotton fibres.
AURA's rugs can be purchased online (for shipping within Australia), and are priced from $395 to $995. HOWEVER if you're feeling lucky, you might get your hands on one of these beauties earlier than expected! Tracie has generously offered an AURA rug from her new range, valued at $695.00 (or 1.6m x 2.3m in size) for one lucky TDF reader. The winner gets to choose their fave design!
To be in the running, simply leave a comment on today’s post before 10.00pm Melbourne time next Friday 7th June 2013. (Update: The random winner has now been drawn and contacted, comment 889 we hope you enjoy your prize!)
Please be patient if WordPress behaves a little slower than usual this morning, as you have a few more days to enter! A winner will be selected at random and contacted by email on Monday 10th June 2013.
THANKYOU Tracie and AURA! Now to choose a favourite...
