Can you actually BELIEVE it is Christmas NEXT WEEK!? Me neither. Maybe I'm just getting old, or maybe I've just had an exceptionally busy year... but I gotta say December really did creep up on me this year!
So, this is a little later than usual, but today we are thrilled to have a gorgeous line-up of gift ideas for you today, which doubles as our ANNUAL CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY! OH YES. Each and every supremely photogenic item pictured in today's post is up for grabs for 17 lucky readers (yes, 17, random I know).
The items pictured here have all been sourced from some of our favourite local retailers, and we hope will spark your imagination and encourage you to shop local for your Christmas gifts this year!
NOW you might (I hope) be admiring the pictures in this post and thinking to yourself 'GEE whizz, TDF is really lifting their game with these snazzy styled product pics!'. If you are thinking this, then thank you, and please allow me to draw your attention to the ultra talented team who created these beautiful pics! Photographer Brooke Holm and stylist / designer / all round creative Marsha Golemac have pulled this whole giveaway shoot together in record time, with about 1% input from me. What AMAZING talent! HOW HOT are the shots!? MASSIVE thanks to Brooke and Marsha - you girls will be famous in about 5 minutes.
Now dear readers, before you pounce on the comment button, please note that in keeping with our annual tradition, in order to enter the Christmas Giveaway, there is just one little thing you have to do… Please click here and fill out The Design Files 2012 Reader Survey!
We value your feedback immensely, and would be so grateful if you could spend just 5-10 minutes on the survey to let us know what you love about TDF, what we could do better, and how we can improve in 2013! Click here to take the survey, and you will be automatically entered into the giveaway. You have between today and next Monday Dec 24th to take the survey. 17 winners (one winner for each stockist / giveaway supplier) will be drawn from all survey respondents at random on Christmas Day, and notified by e-mail. Please note this giveaway is open to all, however bulky / fragile items will not be shipped internationally.
Today’s giveaway I hope goes some way to say a huge THANKYOU to all you awesome people who read The Design Files. I heart you all to death. x
