Necessity is the master of invention, and graziers Jamie and Belinda Munsie have found a way to respond to the devastating drought conditions on beef and cattle property in Warialda, NSW with beauty and elegance.
In the grip of environmental and economic pressure, the Munsie’s have developed Faraway Domes, self-contained private geodesic dome accommodation. The project offers luxury accommodation without the carbon footprint – a heightened camping experience, with environmental ethics!
The project aims to attract visitors to the region, boost tourism and preserve nature. Belinda explains, ‘we have such a beautiful region and we’re really excited to showcase this to visitors interested in escaping to the country and connecting with nature.’ There’s no place like dome!
