These pavilions share a breathtaking swimming pool and entertaining area – the ideal set up for those seeking their own downtime as desired. 

Relax by the pool and feel immersed in nature as you admire the surrounding ocean, rainforest and mountain views.

Experience the elite Sydney lifestyle in this lavish home and accompanying boat shed on the prestigious Lower North Shore.

The house itself is set back just metres from Sydney Harbour and offers incredible views throughout. Three generous, light-filled bedrooms (each with an ensuite) adopt a calming and luxury hotel feel, complemented by pristine living spaces. 

Outside, guests have access to the private jetty, pontoon, boat berth (able to house a 50-foot boat or yacht) and the gorgeous boat shed. After a day on the water, this space is the perfect space to relax while kids make use of the lush lawn or settle in at the private beach.

Designed by homeowner Simone Williams, Hillview Homestead is a magnificent circa 1905 homestead situated on an original dairy farm in the Gold Coast hinterland. 

The recently restored house comes well appointed, with beds to sleep up to 18 adults and eight additional children. 

Suited for large gatherings such as family reunions, the homestead is an entertainer’s dream equipped with multiple living areas and a kitchen with two ovens and two dishwashers. A separate dairy building featuring beautifully rustic interiors provides additional space for quiet retreat. 

Outside, the wraparound verandah entices lazy afternoons relaxing in the hammock, or soaking in the 10-metre pool and spa.
