WOWSERS what a week! The Milan fair is an annual pilgrimage for designers and creatives from across the globe, and is a melting pot of international design trends. We spent a week exploring the various exhibits, catching up with Aussie designers doing us proud on the global stage, and soaking up all the creative ideas on show.
But our trip wasn’t all Instagram stories and Aperol Spritzes! Nope, we spent the week shooting a new, four-part video series, in partnership with Dulux. Entitled ‘Milan in Colour’, this series will follow four different Australian creatives attending Milan Design Week.
As the series unfolds over the coming weeks, you’ll hear why award-winning interior designer David Flack of Flack Studio travels to Milan each year to fuel creativity, and colour forecasters Bree Leech and Andrea Lucena-Orr from Dulux will divulge how the colour trends on show in Milan inform their annual Dulux Colour Forecast.
