Today, we share ‘An Elegant Occasion’ – an understated, yet refined table setting using a white on white colour palette, inspired by Jansz Tasmania’s ‘Blanc de Blanc’ Single Vineyard Chardonnay.
This setting offers a crisp, classic look that is super easy to recreate. We used flameless candles – for candlelight ambience without the mess (!), and created a hanging halo of leafy foliage to complete the look.
For this sophisticated affair, we served Jansz Tasmania Single Vineyard Chardonnay. A premium sparkling wine produced in limited numbers, with hints of roasted almond nougat, Amaretti biscuits and white chocolate. A decadent drop for a decadent occasion.
