‘Styled Settings’ is a four-part series of inspired entertaining ideas, created in partnership with Jansz Tasmania! Each short video will introduce a collection of super easy styling ideas, to elevate your next dinner party or social gathering into something just a little bit fancy.

Inspired by Jansz Tasmania’s collection of vintage sparkling wines, this series is about making every occasion special.

DID YOU KNOW that Tasmania is home to some of Australia’s best sparkling winemakers? Jansz Tasmania is one of these producers, making premium sparkling wines in the cool climate of the Pipers River region. They’ve coined the term ‘Méthode Tasmanoise’ – referencing the traditional French ‘Méthode Champenoise’ used to make the finest champagnes, whilst also acknowledging the unique conditions which ensure Tasmanian sparkling is in a league of its own.

Whilst researching for this series, we tasted four of Jansz Tasmania’s effervescent offerings (perks of the job!). Each variety has inspired a different entertaining idea, from a relaxed garden party, to a floral soiree, a more refined elegant occasion, and today: a winter feast.

Our winter feast is a decadent spread of cheese and winter fruits, served in a cosy, rustic setting with Jansz Tasmania Late Disgorged Vintage Cuvée. Pale gold in colour, Late Disgorged is an intense, complex sparkling wine, with richly layered notes of truffle, caramelised pear and toasted almonds.
