If you’re looking for a chance to get back to nature, look no further than Mill Cabin in the Snowy Mountains. Nestled amongst sub-alpine woodlands at high elevation, the off-grid granite cabin was intentionally designed as a cure for ‘urban fatigue’, free from distractions.
In addition to the spectacular views, the two-person getaway features earthy interiors, a Japanese-inspired cedar bath, and a sauna — perfect for some winter R&R!

With its flaking paint and hand-painted frescos, Pietro’s Residence in Hepburn Springs was once part of what’s believed to be Australia’s first pasta factory, dating back to the 1860s.
Now the heritage-listed abode has been lovingly converted into a one-of-a-kind regional retreat with eclectic interiors, romantic gardens, and a bocce court that transports you to another place and time.

Ritual Lodge is a handcrafted cabin immersed in the bushland of Tapitalee, on NSW’s South Coast. Between the colourful stained-glass windows and cosy timber interiors, it feels like something from the pages of a picture storybook.
While the inside is pretty dreamy, the house itself is also surrounded by lush rainforest, so you’ll wake up to the peaceful sounds of birds and flowing water from the nearby creek — serene!
