The Perfect Mid-Century, NSW South Coast Beach House Is For Sale

On The Market

There are some real mid-century gems on the market right now, but this home on the NSW South Coast in particular has taken our breath away!

Located in Mollymook Beach, the circa 1960 house is perfect in its proportions, feel and water views. Fingers crossed there’s a mid-century enthusiast (with deep pockets!) out there who can preserve its legacy.

There’s a bit of mystery surrounding this Mollymook Beach home on the NSW South Coast, as both the architect and exact year of completion are unknown. What we can tell you is it’s a gorgeous mid-century house with incredible ocean views… and it’s currently for sale

Likely built circa 1960, the home has been renovated over time but retains a mid-century feel in its scale, roof line, and floor-to-ceiling rear windows.

Inside are four bedrooms (the main with an en suite and walk-in wardrobe) and two bathrooms before an open-plan living domain. This entire space is perfectly oriented for natural light, opening to a rear deck overlooking bushland and the water beyond. It’s hard to imagine a more stunning outlook!

A second deck is located directly off the kitchen and is covered for outdoor dining.

All this and more is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and of course, the beach!

The property itself is shrouded in privacy, being set back from the road on a large 784 square metre block next to open space.

It doesn’t get much better than this!
