Best Residential Interior – Arent & Pyke, Under the Tree

The golden gong for Best Residential Interior (aka – what your home COULD look like) went to Arent & Pyke for their work on Under the Tree. Earthy tones in this renovated weatherboard cottage make a subtle reference to the family’s South African heritage, whilst an eclectic collection of textures, soft furnishings, furniture and original artwork add depth and dimension.

Best Residential Bathroom Design – Flack Studio, Caulfield North Residence

A technicolour delight from eternally-on-the-money Flack Studio. A Memphis edge is introduced to a family home via this bold bathroom in North Caulfield. Is it a sculpture, or a sink? Or both!
