Now that daylight savings has *finally* arrived in Melbourne, and temperatures are slowly creeping beyond 20° celsius (wooo!), we’re craving bright, fresh home-cooked meals.

Today we round-up our favourite spring salad recipes, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
