Today Ms Polka Dot brings us another one of her favourite Australian Weddings. There are some really gorgeous images in today's post - everything from a white timber church to a sunset in the cornfields. My favourite is the carefree dancing photo toward the end of the post - if only you could bottle that happiness! - Jenny x
We’re on day two of our Design Files wedding week (I’m so excited to be writing here!) and today I’m sharing another beautiful Australian celebration!
Kimberley and John’s wedding in Lawrence, NSW was everything I love about having a wedding in the Aussie country - the landscape, the local town hall dressed up to the nines in wedding finery, and the local church with it’s weathered weatherboard walls.
Bridesmaids in mismatched gowns in red, pinks and corals complemented Kimberley’s mermaid gown, while John’s handmade plaid tie and his groomsmens’ blue checked shirts added to the mish mash of colour and handmade details the couple used.
The celebration ended at the local town hall where Kimberley donned a short lace gown and danced away the evening with her new husband and friends.

Kimberley’s gown: Bridal on James
John’s Suit: Ello Moda
