Later this month the NGA will open its doors for a celebration of this highly-anticipated winter exhibition, Monet: Impression Sunrise. Monet After Dark invites guests to experience the iconic waterlilies and landscape from the father of Impressionism, most significantly ‘Impression, Sunrise’ that gave rise to the movement as a whole.
Set against a soundscape of Parisian music, guests will be able to enjoy exclusive after-hours access to the exhibition without the crowds! Archie Rose Distilling Co. will also be mixing up a complimentary cocktail inspired by infamous artwork on arrival.
TDFs ongoing collaboration with the NGA will see our founder and editor Lucy Feagins live in conversation with Adam Worrall, the NGA’s Assistant Director of Exhibitions and Collections, about the fascinating history of this landmark exhibition.
Be sure to check out our film with Monet: Impression Sunrise curator Simeran Maxwell to find out more about the background behind this exquisite artwork.
