OK, I understand

Today is a special one. I am super excited to launch a new project, and one which feels kinda like a big deal!

Goods. is our very own range of locally made homewares, created in collaboration with local design studio Bonnie and Neil. For our debut collection, we’ve partnered with Melbourne artist Elizabeth Barnett to create a stunning range of soft furnishings and ceramics using rich colour and dense, painterly prints.

SO excited to launch this one, guys. SO. EXCITED.

Goods. is our very own range of locally made homewares, brought to life with some of my favourite local creative people.

After featuring the work of so many talented Australian creatives over so many years, it seems inevitable that we have finally created our very own product range! It’s been AMAZING to work alongside Bonnie Ashley of Bonnie and Neil to make this project a reality. And it’s been dream come true to partner with Elizabeth Barnett, who I admire so much, for our debut collection. We also worked closely with the wonderful team at Robert Gordon Australia to produce the handpainted ceramics!

WATCH THE VIDEO below for a little snapshot of the making of this range!

Taking inspiration from her surroundings in Macedon in North West Victoria, Elizabeth Barnett’s work features colourful native flora and lush plant life.

‘I have always wanted to translate my work into textiles, and being able to work with Bonnie was a dream come true’ says Lizzie. ‘The same is true for working with the Robert Gordon team. I love what both businesses do, their products are such high quality, there is a lovely sense of family and friendship in their workplaces, and everyone is really supportive and enthusiastic.’

Encompassing five vibrant screen printed cushions with colourful fringing and pom pom details, handprinted table linen, and ceramics handpainted and signed by the artist, Goods’ debut collection brings together rich colour and dense, painterly prints.

‘One of the main challenges was narrowing down the beautiful artworks Lizzie provided us with – they were all so stunning it was hard to choose!’ Bonnie says of the design process.  ‘Capturing the feel of her works was the most important for us. The balance of colours was crucial’.

Goods will release a new handcrafted homewares collection three times a year. Each time, we will collaborate with a new Australian artist or creative.
