The Design Files Inaugural Annual Fundraiser Exhibition

This month we have a very special project to share with you – an exhibition of spectacular artwork by 29 Australian artists, with all proceeds of the show going to Melbourne’s Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.  With your support, we aim to raise between $40,000 and $50,000 for the ASRC!

We’ve been blown away by the beautiful work that has been donated for this show by some of Australia’s most talented artists – almost all works can be viewed now on the TDF Collect website, and we’re accepting pre-sales this morning!

Today we’re incredibly excited to let you know about a project we’ve been working on here at TDF which is very close to our hearts. For the first time, this month we will host a very special fundraiser exhibition in our gallery space in Collingwood – something we plan to make an annual tradition.

On Saturday 25th of July (just under 2 weeks time), we’ll open this exhibition of spectacular artwork by 29 Australian artists. Each artist has generously donated their work, and all proceeds of the show will go Melbourne’s Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. With your support, we aim to raise between $40,000 and $50,000 for the ASRC!

We are constantly in awe of the incredible work the ASRC do to support and advocate for refugees and asylum seekers in Melbourne – if you’re not aware of them, please take a moment to check out their website and Facebook page.

We’re indebted to the following group of artists from across Australia who have been so generous in their support of this fundraiser :

In addition to its fundraising objective, this exhibition also provides a unique opportunity to invest in some of Australia’s most collectible young artists at an accessible price point!
