Jardan’s collection as pictured on their new website.
It’s no secret I am quite a major fan of Melbourne furniture brand Jardan. Not only do they make an extensive range of seriously beautiful furniture, right here in Melbourne, but they are also just a bunch of truly lovely people, who I have been very fortunate to have worked with over the past few years on various TDF projects.
SO I am pretty excited today to let you know that Jardan have teamed up with the gorgeous and super clever lads at South South West to create a new website – launched just this week! You might recall SSW were the very clever team who re-designed TDF mid last year (cannot recommend them highly enough!), so it kinda feels in a way like two of my closest pals hooked up on this one!
The new site is beautiful update for this much loved Australian brand – made all the more special by Jardan’s stunning product photography which is always SO GOOD! There’s also a new section about Jardan’s back story, with some great shots of the talented craftsmen who work in the Jardan factory in Melbourne. Do pop over and have a little fossick around…lots of fabulous designs to covet, and imagery to pin!
Warwick – one of Jardans’ talented upholsterers, is featured on their new website.
To celebrate the launch of their shiny new website, Jardan are giving TWO lucky social media-ites the chance to win their brand spanking new Seb armchair (pictured below – you might have spotted these beauties at TDF Open House late last year!).
Here’s how to enter –
Visit www.jardan.com.au and pin your favourite image from the new website with the hashtag #newjardanweb.
or
Simply instagram any photo that you think best portrays the Jardan aesthetic with the hashtag #newjardanweb , and be sure to tag @jardanfurniture.
You can enter via either or both platforms.
NOTE this is not a TDF competition, it’s entirely hosted by Jardan, but it’s SUCH a goodie I just had to share! Further info can be found on the Jardan website here.
The winning entry will be announced by Jardan on Monday 25th March…good luck!

your shots look amazing! but i can’t get onto their site either – maybe you’ve sent them too much traffic, lucy! will keep trying….
Yup, great furniture but the website’s down, which is not a good look.
Love Jardan – shame the website doesn’t seem to be coping this morning!
Yeah, down. Same thing happend to stephaniealexander.com.au after Lucy posted her interview. Gives you an indication of how much traffic thedesignfiles.net gets.
I reckon both S.A. and Jardan should upgrade their server capacity, though.
I’ll try jardan’s website tomorrow…

Hi,
So sorry for the delays on web, not coping with traffic currently, but we are doing our best to fix it ASAP. Thanks for the positive feedback for those who made it on…
Proof that Australian design can hold its own on the world stage.

You would give life to my office!
You are welcome anytime Seb …a space is waiting for you!

Oh no cant get on the website! Head over heals for this stunning chair. Will keep trying.
Oh yes Seb, you are very stylish indeed – my vintage Bitossi lamp is just waiting to bathe you in its light. No surprise web site is down, will certainly try again later, thanks Lucy for heads up.
What a sexy chair- just love it!
Hi there, I’ve been trying all morning to access this site and I’m getting a 403 forbidden. grr.
cant get on to the Jardan site from your link or directly through google…any clues as to why?
A chair with both comfort and style would look great in any room
I’ve had my Jardan “Bosko” sofa for two years now and the honeymoon period is still not over. I love Bosko so much especially as it’s big and comfortable enough to make stretching out and taking a nap so easy. Next up – a coast ottoman!
How wonderful to see that it is not only Denmark and Sweden that offer beautiful design and quality.
comfort+
