Well I know it's been a bit Melbourne Melbourne Melbourne around here recently, but as it happens, today we have another little Melbourne retail story!  Sorry dudes, I can't help it if a cute new shop opens in Melbourne every 5 minutes!  (Sydney-siders, I am open to submissions, please keep me in the loop!) Mynd Interiors is a sweet new home and lifestyle store in the bayside suburb of Mentone, which opened just 6 weeks ago.  After many years working in fashion, proprietor Sarah Shannon was ready for a change, and took a leap of faith, following her dream of opening her own homewares store in October this year. The shop is a bright white contemporary space, full to the brim with vivid pattern and COLOUR!  Sarah is a great supporter of emerging local creatives, and stocks work by many of the designers we've covered here on TDF this year, including Lumiere Art & Co, Curio & Curio, The Family Love Tree and more.  Just another friendly reason to shop local this Christmas...!
