This week The Hungry Girl’s Cookbook joins us on the Guest Blog!
YAY it’s another FOODIE guest blog! This week we are thrilled to be joined by Rachel Pitts, Leah Holscher and Katherine Bird, who are the clever trio behind The Hungry Girl’s Cookbooks!
Rachel, Leah and Katherine are three Melbourne girls who have joined forces to self publish these sweet cookbooks – Rachel writes the recipes, Katherine designs and illustrates the books, and Leah takes the beautiful photos. Each book is printed on 100% recycled paper and hand sewn with pretty cloth binding – and just last month Volume 3 was launched! SO inspiring to see another fantastic success story in local independent publishing!
This week Rachel, Leah and Katherine will share a five of their favourite new recipes with us, and they’ve also offered a fab giveaway. One lucky reader will win a set of all three Hungry Girl’s Cookbooks! To be in the running, simply leave a comment for the girls on the Guest Blog between now and 10.00pm this this Thursday January 19th. A winner will be drawn at random and announced on Friday.
You MUST also check out The Hungry Girl’s Cookbook website, fantastic blog and online shop! There are also some super cute behind the scenes pics of the girls creating their most recent book. Do support this lovely local project!
