Gorman x Castle

GORMAN x CASTLE – the Australian design collab of the year, surely?!

In a momentary flash of inspiration and admiration sometime last year, Rachel Castle (Sydney based designer of the perfectest fluoro polka dot bedlinen and much other gorgeousness) wrote a love letter to Lisa Gorman asking if perhaps GORMAN might consider working with CASTLE on little a range of products.

To Rachel’s great delight, the answer was YES!

And OF COURSE it’s a match made in heaven.   In fact I truly cannot imagine a more perfect combo.  Two such stylish, talented Australian creative businesswomen, both lovers of bold colour, with labels that each epitomise the very best of summery Australian-ness. Perhaps this will be the collab to unite Melbourne and Sydney once and for all! :)

The GORMAN X CASTLE product range includes skirts, shirts, t-shirts, totes and towels with Rachel Castle’s signature playful cut-out type in fabulous bright colours.  The clothing, bags and towel range is available now in all Gorman stores (and in Gorman’s online store), and the towels, tea towels and super fab pillowcases can be purchased from the CASTLE online store.

I just basically want everything.  The linen-coloured tote bag especially.  Mum, are you reading?

More GORMAN x CASTLE things – so much Christmas gift goodness…

I don’t care what your boyfriend / husband says, you need this pillowcase.

Uh oh, I think Lisa G might be about to receive a flood of love letters from artists all over the country! What a great co-lab. Love the Gertrude Street window too.
