2011 Spring / Summer Collection from Baston
Bianca Batson is probably Alice’s youngest designer and most certainly the only one hailing from Brisbane in the Sunshine State. In her third year studying Fine Arts at Queensland University of Technology, Bianca presented us with a colourful collection comprising bold pastels and blown out mirror prints on fun and feminine silhouettes. Bianca has also injected swim into her collection.

Oh the aqua bathers and the black bathers are awesome! Love highwaisted bikini bottoms. Very flattering.
I like this collection a lot. It makes me wonder how I went so long without a screenprinted Tree dress. It’s nice that the tree gets a moment in the sun, when flowers have been taking over clothes for so long and the poor tree has been looked over. (I also really like the frilly bathers)
