This week author / illustrator Daniella Germain joins us on the Guest Blog!

Today we welcome another talented local Guest Blogger, illustrator Daniella Germain!  After an RMIT assignment fortuitously fell into the hands of Hardie Grant Managing Director Julie Pinkham late last year, Daniella found herself with an unexpected publishing deal!  The result is My Abuela's Table - a beautifully illustrated book which documents recipes handed down by Daniella's Mexican grandmother (or 'Abuela')!

It's been incredible to see Daniella getting so much brilliant publicity for this beautiful book!  It's been widely covered online and in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald - great to see so much support for this newbie author / illustrator, and a testament to her many talents!

This week Daniella shares with us some of her favourite recipes from the book, with a focus on food for Mexican celebrations!  Thanks to the generous folks at Hardie Grant we also have 3 copies of Daniella’s book to give away! To be in the running, please pop over to the Guest Blog and leave a comment on any of Daniella’s guest posts between now and 10.00pm Thursday! Three winners will be selected at random and announced on Friday.

My Abuela's Table is only $35.00 and is in bookshops now!

Ps.  Do also check out Daniella's gorgeous blog - it's super cute and recently is filled with extreme excitement since My Abuela's Table hit bookshops last week!  So cute!
