A great big Design Files Thank You to Sarah for sharing her favourite things this week. DON’T FORGET to leave a comment on any of this week’s guest blog posts to be in the running to win a treat of your choosing from Sarah’s brand new ETSY store! – Jenny x
Today I’m going to put up a strange mixture of photographs, a whole roll of them. I guess something I look for most in an image is the way the light fills or rearranges objects. Hmmhm not that I’m a real photographer, but I’m always excited about what can be seen outdoors. Anyhow here are some things I’ve seen.
Thanks for having me!

Hi, LOVE your post (just started following this blog). Images above are wonderful. My brother lives between New Castle & Sydney for about 15 years now(teaches at Uni of NC). I love getting his pics he takes of your country there! I visited in 1999 and wish I could have seen more but alas, not enough time and I did spend 7 of the days in New Zealand (luv as well)! Love your jewelry and each are so unique. I love the Green Glass Ring (page 3 of etsy shop). Just love it!
~Hope it is open to US Residents! Best to you!

I visit the design files everyday (it’s currently my homepage) so I feel happy energy and creative inspiration everyday! This week however, your posts actually made me really miss my home (Australia)! I live in Japan (so naturally I loved all of Hello Sanwiches posts from last week covering my current stomping ground), but your photos reminded me just how beautiful, delicate and wild our end of the earth can be. I especially love your flameworked rings of captured treasures. Also too the garden, back yard, shack shots … oh to have a garden, my 1m x 2m just doesn’t cut it! x

Hello Sarah,
I recently came across your blog while browsing through the design files website, not even realizing there was a message in my in-box waiting to direct me straight to it. After viewing your photographs of the beautiful glass work I wanted to get started on my own projects right away… BUT I still don’t have the money to fulfill my creative desires. I am so awed by your work and the amazing things you are able to create! I hope that some day I will be able to have the supplies and the skill to produce such wonderful artwork. Thank you for sharing your blog and keep up the good work! – Amanda (:
