Here in Australia the idea of a ‘white Christmas’ is the stuff of fairytales and Instagram posts from foreign friends. According Bilk Gallery in Canberra, who specialise in contemporary glass and metal work, ‘in the trade’ it refers to a Christmas of Diamonds, which really sounds quite reasonable to us!

Pushing this reference a little further, Bilk has invited a wide range of artists to celebrate that which is special and unique for their latest exhibition called – you guessed it – White Christmas.

View new collections  from Marian Hosking, Melissa Cameron, Tom Rowney, Jill Hermans,  Zoe Brand, Cinnamon Lee, Sean O’Connell, Kath Inglis, Mark Vaarwek, Mio Kuhnen, Larah Nott, Lisa Furno, Jo Hawley, Yioryios Papayioryiou, Rebecca Hinwood, Margaret West and many more pieces from this year’s exhibition schedule.

‘White Christmas’ Group Exhibition
Until December 24th
Open Wednesday through Friday, 11am to 5pm, Saturday 11am  to 4pm
Bilk Gallery
12 Palmerston Lane, Manuka, Canberra
