For six years, passionate farm-to-table foodie Tamsin Carvan has, without intention, cultivated a cult following. Her business, ‘Tamsin’s Table‘ has seen her welcome enthusiastic fans and likeminded guests into her own home in East Gippsland, almost every single week, for her famous ‘Sunday Table’ lunches. Here, around this big old table, Tamsin has shared her thoughtful philosophies on food with an eager audience, over delicious home-cooked meals, amongst a backdrop of rolling green hills.

Tamsin’s ‘Sunday Table’ lunches will soon come to an end, as she focusses on new opportunities for her growing business. To mark this occasion, and capture some of the most memorable recipes, moments and conversations from this project over the past six years, Tamsin has today released her first book!

Such Wonderful Company‘ is a self published sixty-page title, which brings together Tamsin’s favourite Sunday Table dishes, along with a series of reflections on the art of hosting, and a snapshot of the memorable conversations and moments that have been shared around the table.

Designed and illustrated by friend and collaborator Pip Compton, this beautiful little book is another quiet achievement for Tamsin. She’s only printing 200 copies – and hand are sold already!
