Sydney Craft Week

This week-long celebration of the handmade, launches today, and boasts a program of over 100 events!

Craft lovers, listen up! Sydney Craft Week opens today, with a program chock-a-block full of events (over 100!) sprawling across the city that celebrate the beauty of making by hand.

Bringing together a diverse community of makers, artists, designers, this 10-day festival features a wide range of happenings to satisfy your every crafty desire. Spanning ceramics, knitting, leather work and jewellery casting (plus so many more!), this is the perfect opportunity to hone your skills, or learn something brand new! Handmade Christmas pressies, anyone?!

As well as hands on workshops, crafties are invited to explore creative spaces through open studios, listen to local makers talk on their practice and community, and gain insight into the process of making with live demonstrations.
