Known for their perfectly imperfect bespoke tableware (topping the tables at establishments like Paper Daisy at Halcyon House, and Hellenika at The Calile Hotel), South-East Queensland-based ceramic and design studio Marloe Marloe have launched a range of vases and vessels inspired by 60s silhouettes. In keeping with the rest of the Marloe Marloe range, this new collection Atla / a numbered series is all handcrafted in Australia.

‘I wanted to create something elegant for the home, with a flowing form to fill the space, but without being intrusive’, explains Marloe Morgan, the studio’s founder, ‘I am truly captivated by clay and the process of creating, firing and glazing’. Alta / a numbered series features functional ceramic pieces in slick white and black gloss finishes, as well as a textured, molten glaze.

These pieces are made in small batches, marked with their edition number, and never to be recreated!

Visit the Marloe Marloe online store to shop the collection, and stay tuned for a few new additions in the next couple of days!
