Australian footwear brand Rollie and artist Prudence Caroline have teamed up to bring you some of the fanciest looking comfy shoes going ’round! Prudence’s abstract, painterly style lends itself perfectly to Rollie’s playful yet practical shoes.

The Rollie origin story is a bit too cute not to mention. Designer and founder Vince Lebon created Rollie as a solution for his wife, Kat, a flight attendant who needed a lightweight, comfortable travel shoe. Crafted using energy-returning EVA soles, memory foam socks, plus thin and flexible stiffeners they are lighter than a pair of Havaianas!!! – it’s safe to say mission accomplished!

‘It was such an honour to work with a brand I’ve admired for years,’ Prudence says of the partnership with Vince and Rollie, ‘I’m busting to wear my new kicks this summer!’ Lucky for Prudence, there are plenty of occasions for dancing shoes and fancy feet coming up!

Comprising of three unique summer styles, the collection was inspired by ideal summer moments like exploring the markets of Tuscany, riding around on a Vespa, and picking fruit from trees.

We’re yet to confirm whether these shoes have the ‘Dorothy’ effect to transport the wearers with three clicks of the heels – guess you’ll have to find out for yourselves!
