The ballot for Nightingale’s newest project, The Sky House, is now officially open!

Designed by Breathe Architecture, whose director, Jeremy McLeod, is the founder of this revolutionary new housing model, The Sky House consists of 40 apartments across eight floors, topped by a rooftop terrace and sharing impressive communal amenities. In line with the Nightingale philosophy, careful planning and consideration have been taken to ensure the environmental, social and financial sustainability of development and its future residents.

Located just a block away from Breath Architecture’s own studio, The Sky House on Duckett street is positioned just off bustling Sydney road right in the thick of things – or perhaps more accurately, right around the corner from the thick of things!

With lengthy waiting lists of eager owner-occupiers keen to buy in to a Nightingale development, it pays to express your interest early! Ballots for The Sky House close on Tuesday, November 27th and will be drawn on Friday, November 30th. This is your opportunity to be part of a bright future of apartment living in Melbourne!
