'Get Basic' With Loretta Bolotin

With the tag line ‘no egos, no embarrassment, no stress’,  Get Basic is a monthly business talk series where all questions are welcome and robust open discussion is encouraged. Hosted by 43 Derby Street, this month’s Get Basic event is hosted by TDF friend Loretta Bolotin, co-founder and partnerships manager at Free to Feed .

Loretta Bolotin from Free to Feed‘s pathway into social enterprise and advocacy based business is far from ‘basic.’ This not-for-profit champions refuges, people seeking asylum in Australia and new migrants through food-based initiatives, and the team have developed a super innovate and adaptable model, which is inspired by the enterprising spirit of displaced people.

The organisation has recently developed a new food business incubator ‘Now to Launch’ which supports new endeavours to pursues culinary business projects.

Get Basic sessions are friendly spaces, encouraging audience participation and eager learning – and this talk is bound to be informative, inspiring, and hunger-inducing!
