For the last five years our Gardens columnist Georgina Reid has sought out green spaces across the globe, documenting them in meticulous detail on her blog, The Planthunter (and on the pages of TDF!). Always approaching her subjects with curiosity and kindness, Georgina crafts fascinating profiles about plants, people and the stories behind them. Having amassed a large and loyal following since the inception of The Planthunter, Georgina and photographer Daniel Shipp, a longtime collaborator, have released a beautiful new book, Truth, Beauty, Chaos and Plants. And next week, they’re celebrating!
