First held in 2016, Fenton & Fenton’s biennial art exhibition Peace of Art brings together some of our favourite artists across the country for an exhibition and online auction, with all proceeds donated to help further the mission of Australian not-for-profit, School’s A Gift. The 2016 Peace of Art event managed to raise a whopping $125,000!

While the auction element of Peace of Art will be hosted entirely online, you can visit the physical output of the exhibition in-person at Fenton & Fenton’s Prahran showroom. Works have been donated by over 60 outstanding emerging and established artists the likes of Bobby Clark, Elizabeth Barnett, Spencer Shakespeare and Stephen Baker. Yep, it’s gonna be huge!

Peace of Art’s charity partner School’s A Gift is an organisation dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for children living in poverty in Ethiopia. Since the not-for-profit’s founding in 2010, School’s A Gift has helped over 6,000 children access primary or secondary education as well as drastically improved the infrastructure, hygiene, and sanitation in schools.

Bidding will open on November 14th from 5pm AEST at galabid.com/peaceofart
