This weekend Brunswick East is the home to a community and craft fete with some of Melbourne’s most loved creatives! Part of the Sustainable Living Festival, The Stewart Collective fete brings the good old-fashioned neighbourhood vibes with an impressive lineup of workshops, market stalls and food trucks.

Local designers and artists are feature in the program with a series of workshops (for adults and kids!) including weaving and fibre sculpting with Maryanne Moodie; an introductory plant care workshop with The Plant Society; Native flora painting classes with Dawn Tan, and an eco-friendly mobile crafting class with Beci Orpin.

There’ll also be plenty of market stalls including ceramics, pottery, succulents, clothing and heaps more for your perusing pleasure. Entry to the fete is free, dogs are welcome, and bookings are essential for workshops.
