Now in its 15th year, Decor + Design is Australia’s biggest design trade show, featuring wares from 500 varied brands and distributors across furniture, homewares, lighting, décor and artwork.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, this year show-goers can expect exciting new offerings such as Design Laneway, highlighting the works of independent studios; Wall Street, which will showcase textile designers and artists, and even the Trends Champagne Lounge… maybe don’t visit here first!
As well as the abundance of design inspiration on offer, Design + Decor will be hosting a diverse program of local and international speakers for a seminar series focusing on the theme ‘Everyday Luxury’. Named by Architectural Digest as one of the world’s leading interior designers, Los-Angeles-based author and TV personality Martyn Lawrence Bullard will make a keynote address, giving an insight into the world of high-end interior design (he does star in a show called Million Dollar Decorators, after all!) and creating a trademark aesthetic.
Other speakers include former Vogue Living editor Robyn Holt; Sydney-based interior stylist and design influencer Megan Morton; UK Trend Futurist Victoria Redshaw; award-winning interior designer Mim Fanning and interior designer/consultant James Treble, who will each share their invaluable insights accumulated from years of experience at the top-end of the industry.
