WELL, I must admit, I’m extremely excited about this one, people!

Just a few weeks ago, I was incredibly fortunate to travel up to Sydney with a small team (hi SIRAP, hi Sean Fennessy), for a very special shoot at Sydney Opera House. This project offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend a day documenting the world’s most recognisable building, in celebration of a very special collaboration with Sheridan.

As Alan Croker, architect and Sydney Opera House heritage consultant says, there is something about The Sydney Opera House that really does inspire excellence from all who come into contact with it. We certainly felt that pressure on our shoot – how could we photograph this iconic building in a  way that somehow looked and felt different to the way it had been captured so many times before?

TODAY we launch the resulting film. It’s a beautiful, succinct little snapshot of Australia’s most iconic building – and the backstory of a truly special collaboration between two likeminded Australian brands.

The limited edition Sydney Opera House x Sheridan collection is available in-store and online. Paying homage to Sheridan’s founder Claudio Alcorso, the collection of bedlinen, wall art and decorator pieces has been designed in collaboration with the Sydney Opera House team, capturing its enduring beauty from a unique new perspective.
