Summer in the Park - Royal Park

Hay bales, in the city? Yep, that’s right. There’s a big field of grass in Royal Park, Parkville, that has one of the most serene views of the city around. In the colder months they let the grass grow really long here, but come summer, they cut it down and roll it up!
Royal Park also has a great bicycle path running straight through it, which makes for great walk or ride home if you live in Brunswick! Be sure to watch out for the Rainbow Lorikeets though – they like to whiz past without even indicating!
