With a charming mix of glamour, vintage and handmade touches, Yolanda and Ben's Perth wedding looks perfect! I adore how unique Yolanda's dress is and the old family photos at the reception. Thank you Ms Polka Dot for sharing this sweet wedding! - Jenny x

Day three of my visit to The Design Files captures the beauty of a Perth wedding. Some of my favourite weddings come out of Perth. Western Australian brides really know their own style!

Yolanda first came onto my radar when she shared her DIY invitations with me - the entire process. She enchanted me with her sweet touches and the passion she put into her special wedding day.

Yolanda walked down the aisle in the most beautiful ball gown, which perfectly reflected the rest of their day, filled with touches of beauty, glamour and cosy homespun touches.

Yolanda and Ben shared a traditional afternoon tea with their guests, complete with cakes and slices made by Yolanda’s mum displayed on an assortment of vintage tablecloths and crockery sourced from thrift shops.

Post ceremony they took a quiet moment together and shared a picnic, reflecting on their commitment to each other and filling themselves full of sweet treats ready for a night of dancing.

The newlyweds celebrated with their guests at the local pub - paying homage to Ben’s formative years spent working at the pub, his love of beer, and the couple’s love of period architecture.
