Oh it is sad for me to end this week of posting alongside Lucy & Jenny! It has been such an honour to be a part of The Design Files this week and I hope you’ve enjoyed a little look into some of the most beautiful Australian celebrations! Please come and visit me at Polka Dot Bride, I’d love to see you!

There is just something about classic weddings that make my heart sing and Amy? Well, she was such a glowing bride on her wedding day! I loved the neutral but elegant colour palette of her and Jeremy’s wedding.

Amy wore my favourite Oscar De La Renta gown and her red lips and softly, pulled back hair made it look like she was lost in a romantic cloud all day.

Jeremy’s beaming smile didn’t leave his face all day either - well except for the moments where he looks so in love with his new wife! The couple met before the ceremony so they could spend as much time with their guests as possible.

A marquee reception followed the outdoor ceremony and was filled with draped silk, mirrors, dusty pink and cream blooms and silver Tiffany chairs.
