Are you loving this week of hand drawn design with Evie of Handmade Romance?  I'm feeling all inspired to get drawing or maybe even dress up in some of today's delightful fashion choices. Cheery, sweet and full of personality, I hope to see more fashion like this over summer! - Jenny x

Welcome to Wednesday. Boy this week is going quickly, I can hardly believe only two more days until my stint here will be over! Oh and it's nearly Christmas too. Have you done all your Christmas shopping? I haven't even started. I hate leaving it so late, battling crowds of last minute shoppers!

Anyway back to the task at hand (There might just be some good Christmas present ideas in here. Hint. Hint. You know who you are!). Today is about the hand drawn in fashion. These beautifully illustrated fabrics and hand drawn accessories will have you feeling like a walking piece of art.

Skirt by Minä Perhonen, a Japanese brand creating original fabrics and clothing that are simply divine. Tote bag illustrated by the fabulous Julie Verhoeven for H&M's Home series, there was also a fun bed set in this series. Sleep anywhere with this cute and easily portable, carry pillow and nightware by London based label Might-T. Another original hand drawn design from Minä Perhonen. Karla Spetic outfit made from original fabric illustrated by Australian artist Caitlin Shearer. Lovely black and white detailed scarf by Anna Giertz for Hugo and Marie.

Simply adorable, bow-tie wearing squirrel brooch by Sarah McNeil, top left. Foxy brooch hand created by Sweet Bestiary. Vintage locket featuring an Alyson Fox illustration as part of a collaboration between Alyson and Verabel. Sweet village accessory available at Cordialement Bisou.

Jackie Bos tote. One of a kind bird necklace by Avarael 7. Keep your feet happy in custom hand drawn Vans by Slip-Offs. More happy feet with these bright and cheery, custom Vans by Brooklyn based artist Seth Brau.

This post would not be complete without including one of Australia's most creatively experimental fashion labels, Romance Was Born. They have teamed up with fellow Aussie and talented artist Del Kathryn Barton on several occasions to create original fabrics. And on the right – Tsumori Chisato. I read recently that Japanese designer Tsumori Chisato draws all of the illustrations used on her fabrics herself. Amazing! I love the boldness of the dress above.

More Tsumori Chisato on the left and illustrated dress by Julie Verhoeven for Versace on the right.

Feel like creating your own wearable hand drawn item? There are so many possibilities, I'm going to show you one today on Handmade Romance.

x See you tomorrow

Evie
